Another fantastic addition to our wooden garden parasol range is this 2m x 1.5m rectangular tilting parasol. Constructed with a 2 piece hardwood frame with a double cord pulley mechanism for raising and lowering the parasol making this a simply beautiful addition to your outdoor living space.
With a 38mm centre pole section and red canopy this parasol will bring a vibrant and colourful look to any outdoor location. A little different from the regular green and cream that is always very popular, stand out from the crowd with this stunning red wooden parasol. The sturdy hardwood frame is topped with a showerproof polyester material that also has a UV rating of 15 so that you can make the most of those long summer days and evenings, enjoying the company of friends or family. With a simple brass fitting mounted into the upper frame, the parasol can be simply tilted to the left or right with minimal effort. A simple press of the release button and the canopy will tilt to an approximate angle of 30 degrees and lock into position providing you with some much needed shelter from the suns late evening rays.

Delivery Information
Delivery is super simple. Delivery on all items is Free on orders over £99 to Mainland UK. Extremities will cost more which include the Isles and remote Scottish areas, email hello@ottena.co.uk for a price. We aim to get all items dispatched from ourselves within 24-48 hours, often sooner.
Delivery are generally placed on a next day service, but can take up to 48 hours. Again, this is often less. You will receive an email from us when the items have been dispatched to you. You will then be contacted by the courier direct.
Please on receiving your items, visually check the item before signing for it to ensure you are happy with its condition.
All items are thoroughly packaged in house, we have a thorough packaging system in place to ensure your items reach you in good condition. If they don't on arrival, please take photos so we can address this with our couriers.

Returns Info
We make our returns policy super simple in the unlikely event that you do need to return your items.
If any of your items are clearly damaged in transit, please firstly do not sign for them and have the courier return them. If this is not visible or the goods have been left, then please at your earliest convenience contact us providing images of the damage.
We will take all the items back that have been damaged, we will sort the returns for you, free of charge. Where we can get a replacement sent out as soon as the damaged item is back at our depot. You have 14 days from receipt of the items to advise us of this.
If your item is grossly not as described, we will arrange a return for a replacement for you or a full refund, free of charge. You have 14 days from receipt of the items to advise us of this.
If you choose to want to return your item, but there is no damage, and it is as described, then we are more than happy to do this within 14 days of your receipt of the goods. They have to be in the same condition they were received in, in their original packaging. However, we will ask that the return carriage will be paid for by yourselves, we will sort and arrange this for you.
