In the event that you wish to cancel your order please contact a member of our team by email using as soon as possible.


Please note that the nature of our delivery guarantee means that your teak garden furniture or garden parasol will be with the courier within 24 hours of you placing your order. If you wish to cancel your order but the goods have already been dispatched, you will be responsible for any additional and unnecessary delivery charges incurred.


Returns and refunds:

We are hopeful that all of our customers will be satisfied with the service they receive from us here at Ottena, although we understand that this is not always possible.


In the unfortunate event that your teak outdoor furniture or garden umbrella is found to be unacceptably damaged, you should contact us immediately by email using, within 14 days. In these circumstances, we would usually look to get a replacement sent to you as soon as possible and arrange for collection of the damaged goods in order to complete an exchange. Please note that return and replacement will be with regard to the entire product. For example, if only a teak table top is damaged, we must exchange the whole product as a replacement table top may not fit the legs you have.


Where appropriate, we may consider it suitable to offer you a partial refund that reflects the cost and inconvenience of a minor defect with your teak outdoor furniture or to cover the cost of any repair, where possible and agreeable.


You must report any damage prior to assembly. If your teak garden bench, teak dining table or teak chairs have already been assembled, or treated before you report any damage or issues, we cannot take any responsibility for this. Any ‘flat packed’ goods that have been treated or assembled cannot be returned.


If you have received damaged goods then we can only apologise. We do our best to avoid damage in transit by packaging our teak garden furniture products with care. We can accommodate a full refund if you prefer, subject to the terms outlined above. Again, please contact a member of the Ottena team using so that we can process the refund and arrange for collection of the damaged goods as necessary.


In order to process your refund or exchange request for a damaged order, please include photographs in your email to us, showing the issues you are reporting, so that these can be assessed by our team.


We accept return and refund requests in accordance with a 14 day cooling off period. Please note that beyond 14 days after purchase, we cannot take responsibility for any refund or return requests. All refund requests being made for personal reasons, for example, the teak garden bench I ordered is too big, the teak table and chair set is not the right shape for my garden or the garden parasol is too small for my table, will be subject to a courier surcharge to cover the costs of return. This will be dependent on the size and weight of the goods and applied at the point of refund.
