We at Ottena offer a FREE delivery service on your purchase of our garden furniture over £99+, so long as your delivery address is within the mainland UK.
However, please note that some additional charges may be incurred for patio furniture orders which are especially large in quantity.
We do offer delivery to UK offshore Islands including the Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scottish Isles and Northern Ireland, although delivery to these locations will incur additional charges and require quotation from our reliable and trustworthy couriers. Please contact us if you want to enquire about delivery elsewhere.
If you are interested in placing a large scale order or your delivery address is outside of the mainland UK, please do not hesitate in contacting us by email using hello@Ottena.co.uk so that one of our friendly and helpful staff can provide you with a bespoke quotation.
Delivery Timescales
We pride ourselves on a prompt and efficient delivery service. Providing that we have your patio furniture in stock, we at Ottena guarantee to have your goods with our chosen courier within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Addresses within the mainland UK should expect to take delivery within 24 - 48 hours of placing your order (excluding weekends). We are sure you will agree this is a massive advantage compared to the 3 - 5 working day service of many of our competitors. Please note delivery to Northern Ireland and the offshore islands will take slightly longer.
Once your products are with our courier they will be able to provide you with an estimate for a delivery time and date. Please note such details will be their best estimate and couriers will be unable to provide a definitive time for delivery.
If you would prefer a specific delivery date please contact us in advance or soon after placing your order so that we can arrange this for you at no extra charge.
If you do not hear from one of the Ottena team soon after placing your order you should expect to take delivery within 24 - 48 hours. We work hard to make our delivery promise a consistent success.

We are trying to offset our deliveries by planting a tree for every order, by packaging more sustainably and doing our best to use only recyclable materials where possible.
How the delivery process works.
Your goods will either be delivered by a member of the Ottena team or through one of our reliable and efficient couriers. Your garden bench, garden table, garden chair or garden accessory will usually be delivered as a parcel. Larger items such as patio sets and picnic tables will be delivered on a pallet.
Please do your best to ensure that you are available to take delivery of your teak garden furniture. We understand that this is not always possible, although please ensure that a reliable friend, colleague or family member will be on hand to sign for your goods.
Some of our larger teak garden furniture products, for example large teak table and chair sets and assembled teak benches, will be delivered on a pallet. Please note that the courier of goods delivered by pallet is only obligated to deliver your order outside the premises of choice (kerbside delivery). Thereon it will be your responsibility to transport the goods, assemble (if necessary) and position as you wish. It will also be your responsibility to dispose of the pallet which can be done at many recycling facilities. More information on pallet deliveries can be found here.
Prior to accepting delivery, the contents of your order should be checked carefully for any significant damage to the products or evidence of dents, scratches and rounded edges etc. Where there is light damage to the packing, but the goods remain unharmed, please sign for your goods 'received damaged'. In the unlikely event that your garden furniture is unacceptably damaged, please reject delivery and our courier will return the goods straight away. Please contact us immediately so that we can arrange for a replacement to be dispatched to you as soon as possible.
If you are unable to check the contents of your order upon delivery please sign 'unchecked'. Ottena cannot accept responsibility for the replacement of damaged goods reported over 48 hours after accepting delivery.
Customer service and satisfaction is very important to us so that there are no hidden delivery charges in your teak furniture purchase save for as stated above. Through our trusted delivery partners we are now very pleased to be able to offer to all of our fantastic customers delivery to overseas destinations. Using mainly the Fedex delivery network we can offer delivery to any country in the world. This has been a fantastic addition to our business in allowing us to offer our fantastic ranges of teak garden furniture and garden parasols to a wider audience. For example we have recently sent an order of garden parasols for a newly opening coffee shop in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
