Here we have one of our stunning cream rectangular wooden garden parasols. This is one of the newest addition to our line up featuring a solid hardwood pole which is 48mm in diameter. This is one of the largest and sturdiest wooden parasols that we supply here at Ottena, incredibly stunning and perfect for any of our larger rectangular tables or even some of our smaller square tables. Offering the perfect amount of shade cover the matter how many people you have at your table.
Complete with an extremely easy-to-use two pulley system that makes raising and lowering the parasol extremely easy and safe to do for anyone. Simple drawstrings on the pulley system allow the parasol to be raised even in windy weather and secured with the attached fastening brass peg to ensure safe operation.
Featuring modern and very beautiful traditional cream 180-gram thick showerproof polyester fabric makes this Parasol incredibly beautiful to look at Whilst also being heavy-duty, built to last and very practical. Delivery Information
Delivery is super simple. Delivery on all items is Free on orders over £99 to Mainland UK. Extremities will cost more which include the Isles and remote Scottish areas, email hello@ottena.co.uk for a price. We aim to get all items dispatched from ourselves within 24-48 hours, often sooner.
Delivery are generally placed on a next day service, but can take up to 48 hours. Again, this is often less. You will receive an email from us when the items have been dispatched to you. You will then be contacted by the courier direct.
Please on receiving your items, visually check the item before signing for it to ensure you are happy with its condition.
All items are thoroughly packaged in house, we have a thorough packaging system in place to ensure your items reach you in good condition. If they don't on arrival, please take photos so we can address this with our couriers.

Returns Info
We make our returns policy super simple in the unlikely event that you do need to return your items.
If any of your items are clearly damaged in transit, please firstly do not sign for them and have the courier return them. If this is not visible or the goods have been left, then please at your earliest convenience contact us providing images of the damage.
We will take all the items back that have been damaged, we will sort the returns for you, free of charge. Where we can get a replacement sent out as soon as the damaged item is back at our depot. You have 14 days from receipt of the items to advise us of this.
If your item is grossly not as described, we will arrange a return for a replacement for you or a full refund, free of charge. You have 14 days from receipt of the items to advise us of this.
If you choose to want to return your item, but there is no damage, and it is as described, then we are more than happy to do this within 14 days of your receipt of the goods. They have to be in the same condition they were received in, in their original packaging. However, we will ask that the return carriage will be paid for by yourselves, we will sort and arrange this for you.
