Here we have our new rectangular cream tilting wooden garden parasol, with a canopy size of 2m x 1.5m this will make the perfect addition to any private or commercial setting that you may wish to have it in. Our cream parasols are probably our most popular colour, giving a subtle yet very elegant look to any outdoor area and also providing either you or your customers so much needed shelter from the sunshine and those light rain showers that the British weather will throw our direction.
Constructed from hardwood, the 2 piece frame has a lower pole that can be unscrewed to make storage easier and is simply reattached with the brass screw collar that is attached to the frame of the parasol. The canopy of this parasol is made from a showerproof polyester material which will give protection from light rain showers, and also having a UV rating of 15 will give some protection from the suns rays. The parasol is raised and lowered with a simple twin cord pulley mechanism and the canopy is held up in place with a brass pin that fits into the predrilled holes in the wooden frame.
Built into the upper section of the wooden frame is the brass tilting mechanism. This allows the parasol to be tilted to an approximate angle of 30 degrees to either the left or right giving some much needed shelter from the later evening sunshine. This gives the parasol a much greater range of usage, allowing you to enjoy more time sitting relaxing with friends or family.

Delivery Information
Delivery is super simple. Delivery on all items is Free on orders over £99 to Mainland UK. Extremities will cost more which include the Isles and remote Scottish areas, email hello@ottena.co.uk for a price. We aim to get all items dispatched from ourselves within 24-48 hours, often sooner.
Delivery are generally placed on a next day service, but can take up to 48 hours. Again, this is often less. You will receive an email from us when the items have been dispatched to you. You will then be contacted by the courier direct.
Please on receiving your items, visually check the item before signing for it to ensure you are happy with its condition.
All items are thoroughly packaged in house, we have a thorough packaging system in place to ensure your items reach you in good condition. If they don't on arrival, please take photos so we can address this with our couriers.

Returns Info
We make our returns policy super simple in the unlikely event that you do need to return your items.
If any of your items are clearly damaged in transit, please firstly do not sign for them and have the courier return them. If this is not visible or the goods have been left, then please at your earliest convenience contact us providing images of the damage.
We will take all the items back that have been damaged, we will sort the returns for you, free of charge. Where we can get a replacement sent out as soon as the damaged item is back at our depot. You have 14 days from receipt of the items to advise us of this.
If your item is grossly not as described, we will arrange a return for a replacement for you or a full refund, free of charge. You have 14 days from receipt of the items to advise us of this.
If you choose to want to return your item, but there is no damage, and it is as described, then we are more than happy to do this within 14 days of your receipt of the goods. They have to be in the same condition they were received in, in their original packaging. However, we will ask that the return carriage will be paid for by yourselves, we will sort and arrange this for you.
