Bucktons 150 energy balls are a great source of nutrients for all of those garden birds that visit you all year round. High in fat, protein and energy content, these fat balls will have the birds flocking back to your bird table to get some much needed energy and nutrition.

The Bucktons energy balls come packed in a cardboard box for easy storage either in the house, garage or shed and they are wrapped into packs of 6 to make it easier to feed the birds all year round. These energy balls also have added calcium to help support egg production and packed with various seeds to give them a source of food they all deserve.

These energy balls can be used in a variety of ways as some birds like to hang from feeders whilst others prefer a ground or table feeders. These energy balls will help to give our garden birds the food they need and keep them returning all year round allowing you to enjoy watching them feed from these energy balls. With high values of fat, protein and energy they are the perfect food to give those feathered little friends in your garden.

Free Mainland UK Delivery

We offer free delivery to UK mainland addresses on all of our teak garden furniture products on orders over £99.

Extremities such as the Isles and remote Scottish areas will cost a little more. Just drop us an email at hello@ottena.co.uk for a delivery price.

Dispatch & Delivery Times

We guarantee dispatch within 24–48 hours (weekdays only), often sooner.

Deliveries are generally placed on a next day service, but can take up to 48 hours. You’ll receive an email from us when your items have been dispatched, and then you’ll hear directly from the courier with delivery details.

Packaging & Delivery

All items are thoroughly packaged in-house using a careful system to help everything reach you in great condition.

On receiving your items, please visually check them before signing to make sure you’re happy with their condition. If something doesn’t look right, take photos so we can quickly address it with our couriers.

Returns & peace of mind

Simple returns if something’s not quite right

We make our returns policy super simple in the unlikely event that you do need to send anything back.

Damaged in transit

If any of your items are clearly damaged in transit, please do not sign for them and ask the courier to return them straight away.

If the damage isn’t visible at the time, or the goods have been left, please contact us at your earliest convenience providing images of the damage. We’ll take back all damaged items and sort the return for you free of charge, and arrange a replacement as soon as the damaged item is back at our depot. You have 14 days from receipt of the items to let us know.

Item not as described

In the very unlikely event your item is grossly not as described, we will arrange a return for a replacement or a full refund free of charge.

You have 14 days from receipt of the items to advise us if something is not as described, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Changed your mind?

If you choose to return your item but there is no damage and it is as described, we’re still happy to help within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

Items must be in the same condition they were received, in their original packaging. In this case we simply ask that return carriage is paid by you – we’ll organise and arrange the return for you.
