Why being eco friendly matters?
At Ottena we are always doing what we can to help lower our impact on the environment and minimise our carbon footprint. You can be sure that the teak used in the manufacture of our teak garden furniture has only ever been sourced from sustainable Javanese plantations subject to strict control and replanting schemes. Teak is a regenerative material and if harvested correctly, teak garden furniture has a small impact on our natural world. Our suppliers are eco-friendly, too. They minimise waste by using as much of the timber as possible. Any waste is shared with smaller local traders, who manufacture trinkits for sale in local markets.
