Beautifully British, The Victoria Teak garden bench is our top of the range offering and sure not to disappoint with its particularly strong and comfortable design. This traditional park bench is hand crafted to the highest quality and styled with a fine sanded finish. Like all of our garden furniture this eye catching bench is built of eco-friendly, solid, long lasting teak. The Victoria would be a classical feature in any garden, school, college, golf course or park, or the perfect choice as a memorial bench.
Our Victoria range also includes 4ft (seats 2) and 6ft (seats 4) designs.

Ideal for garden furniture, teak is naturally long lasting, but to preserve its appearance we strongly recommend the use of our teak sealer.
Some light assembly will be required before use. Our garden seats are constructed using traditional joinery methods and assembled by wooden dowels.
Anchor kits are also available to increase the security of your garden seat.

We offer free delivery to UK mainland addresses on all of our teak garden furniture products and guarantee dispatch within 24-48 hours (weekdays only). Please note delivery of furniture with (fixed) plaques may take up to 2 weeks. However, we can send the furniture earlier according with our standard policy, if you are happy to attach your plaque upon its arrival.
Delivery Information
Delivery is super simple. Delivery on all items is Free on orders over £99 to Mainland UK. Extremities will cost more which include the Isles and remote Scottish areas, email hello@ottena.co.uk for a price. We aim to get all items dispatched from ourselves within 24-48 hours, often sooner.
Delivery are generally placed on a next day service, but can take up to 48 hours. Again, this is often less. You will receive an email from us when the items have been dispatched to you. You will then be contacted by the courier direct.
Please on receiving your items, visually check the item before signing for it to ensure you are happy with its condition.
All items are thoroughly packaged in house, we have a thorough packaging system in place to ensure your items reach you in good condition. If they don't on arrival, please take photos so we can address this with our couriers.

Returns Info
We make our returns policy super simple in the unlikely event that you do need to return your items.
If any of your items are clearly damaged in transit, please firstly do not sign for them and have the courier return them. If this is not visible or the goods have been left, then please at your earliest convenience contact us providing images of the damage.
We will take all the items back that have been damaged, we will sort the returns for you, free of charge. Where we can get a replacement sent out as soon as the damaged item is back at our depot. You have 14 days from receipt of the items to advise us of this.
If your item is grossly not as described, we will arrange a return for a replacement for you or a full refund, free of charge. You have 14 days from receipt of the items to advise us of this.
If you choose to want to return your item, but there is no damage, and it is as described, then we are more than happy to do this within 14 days of your receipt of the goods. They have to be in the same condition they were received in, in their original packaging. However, we will ask that the return carriage will be paid for by yourselves, we will sort and arrange this for you.
