Tilting Rectangular Wooden Garden Parasol 2m x 1.5m - Navy
Here we have another new addition to our parasol family, the tilting 2m x 1.5m rectangular navy parasol. Our rectangular parasols are always extremely popular with both private and commercial customers and this new slightly smaller sized rectangular parasol with a tilting mechanism is sure to be just as popular.
Constructed from hardwood the 2 piece wooden frame is built to the highest standards with brass fittings and a double cord pulley mechanism for raising and lowering your parasol. Once raised the parasol canopy is held in place with a brass pin that passes through the predrilled holes in the upper frame section. The lower pole can be easily unscrewed to ease storage of your new parasol.
Featuring a 38mm pole and a heavy duty showerproof polyester canopy, this parasol will help to provide that well needed protection and shelter from light rain showers and with the canopy having a UV rating of 15 will give some protection from the suns rays.
But the best bit of this new parasol is the tilting mechanism that id built into the upper frame of the parasol. Once the parasol is raised the parasol can be easily tilted to either the left or right to an approximate angle of 30 degrees to give another dimension of protection from the late evening sunshine. Why pack up and go indoors when you can simply and quickly tilt the parasol to provide that shade you are wanting and then being able to enjoy some more alfresco dining and entertaining.

Delivery Information
Delivery is super simple. Delivery on all items is Free on orders over £99 to Mainland UK. Extremities will cost more which include the Isles and remote Scottish areas, email hello@ottena.co.uk for a price. We aim to get all items dispatched from ourselves within 24-48 hours, often sooner.
Delivery are generally placed on a next day service, but can take up to 48 hours. Again, this is often less. You will receive an email from us when the items have been dispatched to you. You will then be contacted by the courier direct.
Please on receiving your items, visually check the item before signing for it to ensure you are happy with its condition.
All items are thoroughly packaged in house, we have a thorough packaging system in place to ensure your items reach you in good condition. If they don't on arrival, please take photos so we can address this with our couriers.

Returns Info
We make our returns policy super simple in the unlikely event that you do need to return your items.
If any of your items are clearly damaged in transit, please firstly do not sign for them and have the courier return them. If this is not visible or the goods have been left, then please at your earliest convenience contact us providing images of the damage.
We will take all the items back that have been damaged, we will sort the returns for you, free of charge. Where we can get a replacement sent out as soon as the damaged item is back at our depot. You have 14 days from receipt of the items to advise us of this.
If your item is grossly not as described, we will arrange a return for a replacement for you or a full refund, free of charge. You have 14 days from receipt of the items to advise us of this.
If you choose to want to return your item, but there is no damage, and it is as described, then we are more than happy to do this within 14 days of your receipt of the goods. They have to be in the same condition they were received in, in their original packaging. However, we will ask that the return carriage will be paid for by yourselves, we will sort and arrange this for you.
