Solid Teak Garden Sofa with Cushions
Here we have a simply stunning item of solid teak garden furniture, our garden sofa complete with naturally coloured cushions. A stunning addition to any outdoor area to allow you to really sit back and relax and forget about the stresses and strains of daily life. The sofa is approximately 6ft wide and will provide high levels of comfort and style to your outdoor area.
As with all of our garden furniture this magnificent garden sofa is manufactured from sustainably sourced solid teak that comes from Javanese plantations. Our manufacturer uses this teak to produce all of our stunning items of garden furniture. Assembled using traditional joinery methods and given a fine sanded finish, this garden sofa will be the talking point of any outdoor location.
This garden sofa will require some assembly before use and we would strongly recommend that this is done by at least 2 people so the sections can be supported whilst they are being bolted together. The sections are simply bolted together using the provided brass allen key bolts. This item is heavy and it will be delivered to you via a pallet delivery service, this delivery service is a kerbside delivery and it will be your responsibility to move your furniture from the point of delivery into your chosen location in your garden. Again please ensure you have some help to do this as the sections are large and heavy. Due to the weight and size of this product, delivery can take 2-3 days extra to arrive.
The cushions supplied with this sofa are a neutral colour and come in 3 pieces. There is a large base section and 2 smaller sections that make the backrest of the sofa. These cushions are not waterproof and we would recommend that they are not left out and exposed to any rain/drizzle. The covers are removable and can be washed on a cold wash if so desired. The sofa frame has small hard plastic feet set in each corner to ensure the sofa is stable and protects the surface it is placed on.
This solid teak garden sofa is the perfect addition to any outdoor location, it is extremely comfortable and many hours can be spent soaking up the sunshine relaxing in this garden sofa.

Delivery of this sofa will be via our trusted pallet delivery service. The delivery is a kerbside service which means that the items will be delivered to the nearest kerbside at the address specified, the driver will position their vehicle as close as possible to the delivery address and unload the pallet where it is safe. Once you have unloaded the items from your pallet it will be your responsibility to safely and sensibly dispose of, or recycle, the pallet. This item is heavy so please ensure you have some assistance when moving the item.
Delivery Information
Delivery is super simple. Delivery on all items is Free on orders over £99 to Mainland UK. Extremities will cost more which include the Isles and remote Scottish areas, email hello@ottena.co.uk for a price. We aim to get all items dispatched from ourselves within 24-48 hours, often sooner.
Delivery are generally placed on a next day service, but can take up to 48 hours. Again, this is often less. You will receive an email from us when the items have been dispatched to you. You will then be contacted by the courier direct.
Please on receiving your items, visually check the item before signing for it to ensure you are happy with its condition.
All items are thoroughly packaged in house, we have a thorough packaging system in place to ensure your items reach you in good condition. If they don't on arrival, please take photos so we can address this with our couriers.

Returns Info
We make our returns policy super simple in the unlikely event that you do need to return your items.
If any of your items are clearly damaged in transit, please firstly do not sign for them and have the courier return them. If this is not visible or the goods have been left, then please at your earliest convenience contact us providing images of the damage.
We will take all the items back that have been damaged, we will sort the returns for you, free of charge. Where we can get a replacement sent out as soon as the damaged item is back at our depot. You have 14 days from receipt of the items to advise us of this.
If your item is grossly not as described, we will arrange a return for a replacement for you or a full refund, free of charge. You have 14 days from receipt of the items to advise us of this.
If you choose to want to return your item, but there is no damage, and it is as described, then we are more than happy to do this within 14 days of your receipt of the goods. They have to be in the same condition they were received in, in their original packaging. However, we will ask that the return carriage will be paid for by yourselves, we will sort and arrange this for you.
