A generous 180cm wide sofa frame in solid sustainably sourced Javanese teak – assembled using traditional joinery with a fine sanded finish throughout.
3-piece cushion set
Includes a 170 x 70 x 18cm base cushion and two 85 x 42 x 18cm backrest cushions in a neutral natural colour. Removable zip covers, machine washable on a cold wash.
Pallet delivery
Due to its size and weight this sofa is delivered on a pallet via kerbside service. Assembly is required – recommended minimum 2 people.
The sofa
A genuine solid teak garden sofa – 180cm of outdoor comfort
This garden sofa is a genuinely impressive piece of outdoor furniture. At 180cm wide it comfortably seats three to four people, and the solid Javanese teak frame is assembled using traditional joinery methods with a fine sanded finish – making it as good to look at as it is to sit in. The three cushions included (one large base and two backrests) create a fully cushioned seating surface across the entire width of the sofa.
The frame is made from sustainably sourced solid teak from Javanese plantations. Assembly is required before first use and we strongly recommend two people for the assembly – the sections are large and heavy and need to be supported while being bolted together. All sections connect using the provided brass allen key bolts. The sofa has small hard plastic feet in each corner for stability and surface protection.
Cushions + care
3-piece cushion set – please bring in when it rains
The three included cushions consist of one base cushion (170 x 70 x 18cm) and two backrest cushions (85 x 42 x 18cm each), all in a neutral natural colour. The cushion covers are removable by zip and machine washable on a cold wash. These cushions are not waterproof – please bring them in or cover them whenever rain is expected.
The teak frame itself is fully suitable for permanent outdoor placement. To preserve the natural warm colour of the teak we recommend treating with our teak oil or sealer. Left untreated, teak will gradually weather to a distinguished silvery grey.
