Here we have our newest addition to our parasol base range. This concrete filled parasol base weighs 20kg to help keep your garden parasol secure. We strongly recommend that our garden parasols are installed with one of these parasol bases in order to prevent any unwanted accidents caused by the force of mother nature herself.

This parasol base comprises a solid concrete filled base and is compatible with our range of parasols, fitting poles with a width of 38mm – 48mm. The parasol base has a simple and stylish matt black finish making it suitable for a number of settings.

These parasol bases are concrete filled and then covered in a hard wearing satin black resin covering to ensure the base will be weather proof and extremely hard wearing. With this parasol base weighing 20kg it will ensure your garden parasol is supported, enabling you to enjoy sitting outside and relaxing for many years to come.

Dispatch & Delivery Times

We guarantee dispatch within 24–48 hours (weekdays only), often sooner.

Deliveries are generally placed on a next day service, but can take up to 48 hours. You’ll receive an email from us when your items have been dispatched, and then you’ll hear directly from the courier with delivery details.

All items are thoroughly packaged in-house using a careful system to help everything reach you in great condition.

On receiving your items, please visually check them before signing to make sure you’re happy with their condition. If something doesn’t look right, take photos so we can quickly address it with our couriers.

We make our returns policy super simple in the unlikely event that you do need to send anything back.

Damaged in transit

If any of your items are clearly damaged in transit, please do not sign for them and ask the courier to return them straight away.

If the damage isn’t visible at the time, or the goods have been left, please contact us at your earliest convenience providing images of the damage. We’ll take back all damaged items and sort the return for you free of charge, and arrange a replacement as soon as the damaged item is back at our depot. You have 14 days from receipt of the items to let us know.

In the very unlikely event your item is grossly not as described, we will arrange a return for a replacement or a full refund free of charge.

You have 14 days from receipt of the items to advise us if something is not as described, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Changed your mind?

If you choose to return your item but there is no damage and it is as described, we’re still happy to help within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

Items must be in the same condition they were received, in their original packaging. In this case we simply ask that return carriage is paid by you – we’ll organise and arrange the return for you.
