Red 3m Round Tilting Wooden Garden Parasol
Here at Ottena we are happy to offer to you one of our newest additions to our wooden garden parasol family, the 3m round tilting parasol. These new tilting parasols are the perfect addition to our fine teak garden furniture, the vibrant red canopy giving a lovely burst of colour to your outdoor area. These parasols will suit any private location or will be a fantastic addition to your commercial setting, allowing your customers to get some much deserved shelter from any unwelcomed British weather!!
The sturdy 2 piece wooden frame is fitted with an efficient double drawstring mechanism to make raising and lowering your parasol very simple and easy to do. The parasol is held in place with a brass pin that passes through the wooden frame to hold the parasol canopy open. Once the parasol is fully open it can be tilted either to the left or right by means of a quick release mechanism that allows the parasol to be tilted to an angle of approximately 30 degrees to give some added shade from the late evening sunshine. Please do not attempt to lower your parasol in the tilted position, simply bring it back upright using the release mechanism before collapsing the canopy.

The 3m canopy is manufactured from a showerproof polyester material and has a UV rating of 15 to give you enough protection from the elements to allow you to enjoy every opportunity the British weather gives to us.
A garden parasol can be the perfect match alongside our teak garden furniture, with a wide choice of sizes available and a choice of colours between red, navy, green or cream there is certainly to be an option for your outdoor area.
We would always recommend that your new parasol is used with a compatible base as the parasols do not come with any stabilising/locating feature.
PLEASE NOTE: We would only recommend this parasol to be used with our heavier 25kg parasol base due to its size and weight when in use.

Delivery Information
Delivery is super simple. Delivery on all items is Free on orders over £99 to Mainland UK. Extremities will cost more which include the Isles and remote Scottish areas, email hello@ottena.co.uk for a price. We aim to get all items dispatched from ourselves within 24-48 hours, often sooner.
Delivery are generally placed on a next day service, but can take up to 48 hours. Again, this is often less. You will receive an email from us when the items have been dispatched to you. You will then be contacted by the courier direct.
Please on receiving your items, visually check the item before signing for it to ensure you are happy with its condition.
All items are thoroughly packaged in house, we have a thorough packaging system in place to ensure your items reach you in good condition. If they don't on arrival, please take photos so we can address this with our couriers.

Returns Info
We make our returns policy super simple in the unlikely event that you do need to return your items.
If any of your items are clearly damaged in transit, please firstly do not sign for them and have the courier return them. If this is not visible or the goods have been left, then please at your earliest convenience contact us providing images of the damage.
We will take all the items back that have been damaged, we will sort the returns for you, free of charge. Where we can get a replacement sent out as soon as the damaged item is back at our depot. You have 14 days from receipt of the items to advise us of this.
If your item is grossly not as described, we will arrange a return for a replacement for you or a full refund, free of charge. You have 14 days from receipt of the items to advise us of this.
If you choose to want to return your item, but there is no damage, and it is as described, then we are more than happy to do this within 14 days of your receipt of the goods. They have to be in the same condition they were received in, in their original packaging. However, we will ask that the return carriage will be paid for by yourselves, we will sort and arrange this for you.
