A stunning alternative to the traditional rectangular plaque. This solid brass oval memorial plaque is manufactured from solid brass with deeply engraved lettering backfilled with black paint, giving a beautifully distinctive finish. Available in two sizes.

A stylish departure from the rectangular standard, the oval form gives a softer, more refined look that stands out beautifully when mounted to solid teak garden furniture.

Solid brass

Made from solid brass with lettering deeply engraved into the surface, then backfilled with black paint for a crisp, high-contrast inscription that will remain sharp for years.

Two sizes

Available in a 4″ x 2″ or 6″ x 3″ size, with your text centralised. We can attach the plaque to your furniture at no extra charge.

Ordering

A lasting memory in solid brass

The oval brass plaque is available in two sizes: 4″ x 2″ or 6″ x 3″. Your text will be centralised to the plaque. If you have any queries about whether your chosen text will fit before ordering, please contact us at hello@ottena.co.uk and we will check with our engraver. Please ensure your inscription is spelt correctly before completing your order and add your text in the notes section at checkout.

Plaque orders take up to 2 weeks. We can attach the plaque to your bench at no extra charge, though this will delay dispatch. If you prefer, we can send your furniture within our standard 24-48 hour window and forward the plaque separately once this has been engraved. Plaques are fitted to the top rail of your memorial bench unless you specify otherwise.

Simple, fast delivery for your teak furniture

We’ve tried to make delivery as easy as possible – here’s how everything gets from our place to your garden.

Free Mainland UK Delivery

We offer free delivery to UK mainland addresses on all of our teak garden furniture products on orders over £99.

Extremities such as the Isles and remote Scottish areas will cost a little more. Just drop us an email at hello@ottena.co.uk for a delivery price.

Dispatch & Delivery Times

We guarantee dispatch within 24–48 hours (weekdays only), often sooner.

Deliveries are generally placed on a next day service, but can take up to 48 hours. You’ll receive an email from us when your items have been dispatched, and then you’ll hear directly from the courier with delivery details.

Packaging & Delivery

All items are thoroughly packaged in-house using a careful system to help everything reach you in great condition.

On receiving your items, please visually check them before signing to make sure you’re happy with their condition. If something doesn’t look right, take photos so we can quickly address it with our couriers.

Returns & peace of mind

Simple returns if something’s not quite right

We make our returns policy super simple in the unlikely event that you do need to send anything back.

Damaged in transit

If any of your items are clearly damaged in transit, please do not sign for them and ask the courier to return them straight away.

If the damage isn’t visible at the time, or the goods have been left, please contact us at your earliest convenience providing images of the damage. We’ll take back all damaged items and sort the return for you free of charge, and arrange a replacement as soon as the damaged item is back at our depot. You have 14 days from receipt of the items to let us know.

Item not as described

In the very unlikely event your item is grossly not as described, we will arrange a return for a replacement or a full refund free of charge.

You have 14 days from receipt of the items to advise us if something is not as described, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Changed your mind?

If you choose to return your item but there is no damage and it is as described, we’re still happy to help within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

Items must be in the same condition they were received, in their original packaging. In this case we simply ask that return carriage is paid by you – we’ll organise and arrange the return for you.
