At Ottena we would like to take that stress away. We offer a range of gift vouchers that can be used against the purchase of our beautiful teak garden furniture and garden parasols. What could be simpler! Take the stress away from gift buying and let that special someone sit down, relax and browse our extensive choice of gorgeous teak furniture and outdoor parasols.
Simply choose the value and quantity of the gift vouchers you require to reach your desired total gift and add them to your basket indivdually. Proceed through the online payment process in the normal way, using the notes section to add any information specific to your gift, such as the name, email address and a special message for the gift recepient. Ottena will generate a unique gift voucher for you, including voucher code. Ottena gift vouchers can be used on our full range of teak garden furniture and wooden garden parasols. They must be redeemed inside 12 months from the date of purchase, an expiration date will be issed on the gift voucher.
Whether it be a teak outdoor bench for that space in the garden, or a teak patio dining set to enjoy those long lazy summer evenings with friends and family. Maybe it's a teak Adirondack chair or a teak steamer to relax in after a hard day. Perhaps a teak Lutyens bench to take pride of place in their garden. The choices are endless and entirely up to them.
If you are not sure what the recipient would prefer, or maybe you can’t afford to gift the full amount of the teak garden furniture, a gift voucher would be the perfect solution. Ottena will retain a unique order reference number for each gift voucher to guarantee validity. Please note that gift voucher purchases are non-refundable

Delivery is super simple. Delivery on all items is Free on orders over £99 to Mainland UK. Extremities will cost more which include the Isles and remote Scottish areas, email email@example.com for a price. We aim to get all items dispatched from ourselves within 24-48 hours, often sooner.
Delivery are generally placed on a next day service, but can take up to 48 hours. Again, this is often less. You will receive an email from us when the items have been dispatched to you. You will then be contacted by the courier direct.
Please on receiving your items, visually check the item before signing for it to ensure you are happy with its condition.
All items are thoroughly packaged in house, we have a thorough packaging system in place to ensure your items reach you in good condition. If they don't on arrival, please take photos so we can address this with our couriers.

We make our returns policy super simple in the unlikely event that you do need to return your items.
If any of your items are clearly damaged in transit, please firstly do not sign for them and have the courier return them. If this is not visible or the goods have been left, then please at your earliest convenience contact us providing images of the damage.
We will take all the items back that have been damaged, we will sort the returns for you, free of charge. Where we can get a replacement sent out as soon as the damaged item is back at our depot. You have 14 days from receipt of the items to advise us of this.
If your item is grossly not as described, we will arrange a return for a replacement for you or a full refund, free of charge. You have 14 days from receipt of the items to advise us of this.
If you choose to want to return your item, but there is no damage, and it is as described, then we are more than happy to do this within 14 days of your receipt of the goods. They have to be in the same condition they were received in, in their original packaging. However, we will ask that the return carriage will be paid for by yourselves, we will sort and arrange this for you.
