Folding Chairs (Pair) - Clearance
PLEASE NOTE: This is clearance stock that either has minor defects or has been repaired by our team following minor damage that has either occurred in transit or been discovered upon receipt. These goods are sold as seen and are not eligible for our standard returns policy. Refunds will not be permitted. The price has been discounted compared to the standard retail price to reflect the circumstances.
Here we have a pair of our solid teak folding chairs that unfortunately suffered some damage whilst in transit to our warehouse from our supplier. These ar actually a pair of armchairs but one of the arms was unfortunately damaged so we have removed the arms to make a standard pair of folding chairs. The wood has some minor marks and scuffs and the mounting holes for the arms are visible. These chairs are now ready to be used.
Delivery Information
Delivery is super simple. Delivery on all items is Free on orders over £99 to Mainland UK. Extremities will cost more which include the Isles and remote Scottish areas, email hello@ottena.co.uk for a price. We aim to get all items dispatched from ourselves within 24-48 hours, often sooner.
Delivery are generally placed on a next day service, but can take up to 48 hours. Again, this is often less. You will receive an email from us when the items have been dispatched to you. You will then be contacted by the courier direct.
Please on receiving your items, visually check the item before signing for it to ensure you are happy with its condition.
All items are thoroughly packaged in house, we have a thorough packaging system in place to ensure your items reach you in good condition. If they don't on arrival, please take photos so we can address this with our couriers.

Returns Info
We make our returns policy super simple in the unlikely event that you do need to return your items.
If any of your items are clearly damaged in transit, please firstly do not sign for them and have the courier return them. If this is not visible or the goods have been left, then please at your earliest convenience contact us providing images of the damage.
We will take all the items back that have been damaged, we will sort the returns for you, free of charge. Where we can get a replacement sent out as soon as the damaged item is back at our depot. You have 14 days from receipt of the items to advise us of this.
If your item is grossly not as described, we will arrange a return for a replacement for you or a full refund, free of charge. You have 14 days from receipt of the items to advise us of this.
If you choose to want to return your item, but there is no damage, and it is as described, then we are more than happy to do this within 14 days of your receipt of the goods. They have to be in the same condition they were received in, in their original packaging. However, we will ask that the return carriage will be paid for by yourselves, we will sort and arrange this for you.
