Cream 3m Round Tilting Garden Parasol
This is sure to be a crowd favourite! Our cream parasols are a best seller amongst our customers but one question we keep being asked, do you sell tilting parasols? Well now, the answer we are telling our customers is yes! This is our 3m circular cream parasol complete with hardwood pole and tilting function. What could be better?
Each of our garden parasols has been manufactured to a highstand using a hardwood pole and brass inserts for a traditional and hard wearing product. Our garden umbrellas are perfect at home or work, we really love seeing them being used in public places like food festivals, bars and cafes. They are really stylish and add a touch of class. These cream parasols look particularly great above one of our teak table and chair sets, but we would think that! This 3m round garden parasol will provide a great amount of coverage, now enhanced further by the tilting function. You will be able to tilt the canopy of your garden umbrella in either direction to an angle of approximately 30 degrees, as displayed in the imagery.
This is a really great addition to our range of garden parasols allowing you to protect yourself further from the elements, be that rain or shine! Our polyster parasol canopies have a UV rating of 15, offering protection from sunlight and a showerproof material to help if you get caught out by an unexpected shower. With our new range of tilting garden parasols, you can adjust your set up easily to counteract the prevailing weather. Each parasol has a very simple catch below the canopy which once released, allows you to very simply tilt the canopy in either direction. Our garden paraols all operate on a very simple pulley system, allowing you to open and clsoe them with ease.
We would always recommend that your new parasol is used with a compatible base as the parasols do not come with any stabilising/locating feature.

Delivery Information
Delivery is super simple. Delivery on all items is Free on orders over £99 to Mainland UK. Extremities will cost more which include the Isles and remote Scottish areas, email hello@ottena.co.uk for a price. We aim to get all items dispatched from ourselves within 24-48 hours, often sooner.
Delivery are generally placed on a next day service, but can take up to 48 hours. Again, this is often less. You will receive an email from us when the items have been dispatched to you. You will then be contacted by the courier direct.
Please on receiving your items, visually check the item before signing for it to ensure you are happy with its condition.
All items are thoroughly packaged in house, we have a thorough packaging system in place to ensure your items reach you in good condition. If they don't on arrival, please take photos so we can address this with our couriers.

Returns Info
We make our returns policy super simple in the unlikely event that you do need to return your items.
If any of your items are clearly damaged in transit, please firstly do not sign for them and have the courier return them. If this is not visible or the goods have been left, then please at your earliest convenience contact us providing images of the damage.
We will take all the items back that have been damaged, we will sort the returns for you, free of charge. Where we can get a replacement sent out as soon as the damaged item is back at our depot. You have 14 days from receipt of the items to advise us of this.
If your item is grossly not as described, we will arrange a return for a replacement for you or a full refund, free of charge. You have 14 days from receipt of the items to advise us of this.
If you choose to want to return your item, but there is no damage, and it is as described, then we are more than happy to do this within 14 days of your receipt of the goods. They have to be in the same condition they were received in, in their original packaging. However, we will ask that the return carriage will be paid for by yourselves, we will sort and arrange this for you.
