Circular Tilting Navy Blue 3m Garden Parasol

Ottena have expanded their range of wooden garden parasols by the addition of a range of tilting parasols. This is our classical 3m round titling parasol with an eye catching navy blue canopy. This tilting parasol would be the perfect addition to your patio, beer garden or cafe, providing functional protection to sunshine and showers.
Our wooden titling parasols are manufactured from a two piece hardwood pole, complete with stylish brass insert at the centre, which in our opinion is much more attractive than other metal parasol poles on the market. The shower proof canopy, an attention drawing navy blue in this case, is fitted to a hardwood frame and operated by a very simple pulley system. Lift and relax your parasol with ease with a brass pin securing the parasol canopy in position.
Ottena tilting parasols are ever so simple to adjust into your desired position. This 3m round blue parasol has a single button release mechanism below the canopy. Simply release the catch and you will be able to tilt your wooden parasol in either direction, depending on the direction of the weather conditions you are looking to protect yourself from. Use the same release mechanism to bring your wooden parasol back to vertical before lowering it again. You will not be able to lower your garden umbrella in the tilted position.
Our garden parasols are manufactured using a shower proof polyester material with a UV rating of 15. This outdoor umbrella is a really nice navy blue which in our opinion gives you the best of both worlds, an eye catching centre piece to your garden or commercial space and a serviceable colour. Our garden parasols offer a good amount of protection from the elements, including the sunshine and those troublesome showers.
In short, we have every base covered with our new tilting parasols. Our garden parasols are available in bright red, navy, dark green and cream and 7 different shapes/sizes, so there is plenty for you to choose from!
We would always recommend that your new parasol is used with a compatible base as the parasols do not come with any stabilising/locating feature.

Delivery Information
Delivery is super simple. Delivery on all items is Free on orders over £99 to Mainland UK. Extremities will cost more which include the Isles and remote Scottish areas, email hello@ottena.co.uk for a price. We aim to get all items dispatched from ourselves within 24-48 hours, often sooner.
Delivery are generally placed on a next day service, but can take up to 48 hours. Again, this is often less. You will receive an email from us when the items have been dispatched to you. You will then be contacted by the courier direct.
Please on receiving your items, visually check the item before signing for it to ensure you are happy with its condition.
All items are thoroughly packaged in house, we have a thorough packaging system in place to ensure your items reach you in good condition. If they don't on arrival, please take photos so we can address this with our couriers.

Returns Info
We make our returns policy super simple in the unlikely event that you do need to return your items.
If any of your items are clearly damaged in transit, please firstly do not sign for them and have the courier return them. If this is not visible or the goods have been left, then please at your earliest convenience contact us providing images of the damage.
We will take all the items back that have been damaged, we will sort the returns for you, free of charge. Where we can get a replacement sent out as soon as the damaged item is back at our depot. You have 14 days from receipt of the items to advise us of this.
If your item is grossly not as described, we will arrange a return for a replacement for you or a full refund, free of charge. You have 14 days from receipt of the items to advise us of this.
If you choose to want to return your item, but there is no damage, and it is as described, then we are more than happy to do this within 14 days of your receipt of the goods. They have to be in the same condition they were received in, in their original packaging. However, we will ask that the return carriage will be paid for by yourselves, we will sort and arrange this for you.
