Bucktons peanuts are a fantastic source of food for our dearly beloved feathered friends. Packed full of protein and energy they make the perfect food source for the birds in your garden. Packed full of essential oils, protein and energy these peanuts will give that much needed boost to all the garden birds you have coming to visit and especially going into the colder monts of the year.
These peanuts will also make a great food source for when your garden birds are breeding to ensure they have all the necessary food to survive and to thrive. It is extremely important to give all of our feathered friends the best sources of food to help give that much needed energy when nesting and to nurture the new offspring coming through.
This big 25kg bag of peanuts can be fed to the garden birds in a designated peanut feeder of your choice and please be aware that feeding these to the birds not in a designated feeder can be a choking hazard so please always use a suitable peanut feeder so our garden birds can get the best from these peanuts.
Delivery Information
Delivery is super simple. Delivery on all items is Free on orders over £99 to Mainland UK. Extremities will cost more which include the Isles and remote Scottish areas, email hello@ottena.co.uk for a price. We aim to get all items dispatched from ourselves within 24-48 hours, often sooner.
Delivery are generally placed on a next day service, but can take up to 48 hours. Again, this is often less. You will receive an email from us when the items have been dispatched to you. You will then be contacted by the courier direct.
Please on receiving your items, visually check the item before signing for it to ensure you are happy with its condition.
All items are thoroughly packaged in house, we have a thorough packaging system in place to ensure your items reach you in good condition. If they don't on arrival, please take photos so we can address this with our couriers.

Returns Info
We make our returns policy super simple in the unlikely event that you do need to return your items.
If any of your items are clearly damaged in transit, please firstly do not sign for them and have the courier return them. If this is not visible or the goods have been left, then please at your earliest convenience contact us providing images of the damage.
We will take all the items back that have been damaged, we will sort the returns for you, free of charge. Where we can get a replacement sent out as soon as the damaged item is back at our depot. You have 14 days from receipt of the items to advise us of this.
If your item is grossly not as described, we will arrange a return for a replacement for you or a full refund, free of charge. You have 14 days from receipt of the items to advise us of this.
If you choose to want to return your item, but there is no damage, and it is as described, then we are more than happy to do this within 14 days of your receipt of the goods. They have to be in the same condition they were received in, in their original packaging. However, we will ask that the return carriage will be paid for by yourselves, we will sort and arrange this for you.
