Here at Ottena we are pleased to offer an assembly service on a range of our beautiful solid teak arden benches. Take the hassle and aggravation out of assembling your bench and let it arrive ready to place into your chosen outdoor location which will allow you to sit back and relax and enjoy a well deserved sit down!!
We are able to offer this assembly service on our Catherine, Eleanor, Elizabeth and Victoria garden benches in any size we have available. Unfortunately due to the design of the armrests on our stunning Lutyens garden bench we are unable to offer an assembly service on these benches.
Once you have placed your order and have decided to have your garden bench assembled, our fantastic warehouse team will assemble and package your bench ready to go. Due to the work involved in the assembly process your order will take longer than normal to arrive with you. The assembly service and delivery can take up to 7 working days extra. Your bench will be delivered mounted upright on a pallet so all you will need to do is unpackage the bench from the pallet and place your bench in your desired location.
Delivery is super simple. Delivery on all items is Free on orders over £99 to Mainland UK. Extremities will cost more which include the Isles and remote Scottish areas, email email@example.com for a price. We aim to get all items dispatched from ourselves within 24-48 hours, often sooner.
Delivery are generally placed on a next day service, but can take up to 48 hours. Again, this is often less. You will receive an email from us when the items have been dispatched to you. You will then be contacted by the courier direct.
Please on receiving your items, visually check the item before signing for it to ensure you are happy with its condition.
All items are thoroughly packaged in house, we have a thorough packaging system in place to ensure your items reach you in good condition. If they don't on arrival, please take photos so we can address this with our couriers.

We make our returns policy super simple in the unlikely event that you do need to return your items.
If any of your items are clearly damaged in transit, please firstly do not sign for them and have the courier return them. If this is not visible or the goods have been left, then please at your earliest convenience contact us providing images of the damage.
We will take all the items back that have been damaged, we will sort the returns for you, free of charge. Where we can get a replacement sent out as soon as the damaged item is back at our depot. You have 14 days from receipt of the items to advise us of this.
If your item is grossly not as described, we will arrange a return for a replacement for you or a full refund, free of charge. You have 14 days from receipt of the items to advise us of this.
If you choose to want to return your item, but there is no damage, and it is as described, then we are more than happy to do this within 14 days of your receipt of the goods. They have to be in the same condition they were received in, in their original packaging. However, we will ask that the return carriage will be paid for by yourselves, we will sort and arrange this for you.
