3m Green Tilting Round Wooden Garden Parasol
Here we have our new 3m round green tilting wooden garden parasol. Manufactured with a 2 piece hardwood frame and polyester canopy to give a beautifully elegant and attractive addition to your outdoor location. This is one of our latest additions to our parasol range with the addition of a tilting mechanism to the upper section of the wooden frame to allow the parasol to tilt to an angle of approximately 30 degrees to either the left or the right. This will help in those late summer evenings when the sun is low in the sky but you still want to enjoy that bit of outdoor living with friends and family.
This 3m round parasol would be the perfect companion to our solid teak patio sets and would give many years of protection from the elements. The canopy is simply raised with a double cord pulley mechanism and held in place with a brass pin that simply passes through the wooden frame to hold the canopy in place. The 48mm hardwood pole comes in 2 sections with a lower pole section that can be unscrewed to make storage easier when not needed. The canopy itself is manufactured from a showerproof polyester material that gives protection from light rain showers and also has a UV rating of 15 to also give some protection from the late evening sunshine. Mounted into the upper wooden frame section is the angled bracket that allows the parasol to be easily tilted. With a single button operation the parasol can be quickly and effortlessly tilted to give some added shelter from the suns rays.
All of our parasols are constructed to the highest standards and will suit not only your own private location but are well suited to any commercial locations such as pubs or restaurants. They will make a real focal point of any terrace or beer garden.
We would always recommend that your new parasol is used with a compatible base as the parasols do not come with any stabilising/locating feature.

We offer free delivery to UK mainland addresses on all products over £99 and guarantee dispatch within 24-48 hours (weekdays only). Please note delivery of furniture with (fixed) plaques may take up to 2 weeks. However, we can send the furniture earlier according with our standard policy, if you are happy to attach your plaque upon its arrival.
Delivery Information
Delivery is super simple. Delivery on all items is Free on orders over £99 to Mainland UK. Extremities will cost more which include the Isles and remote Scottish areas, email hello@ottena.co.uk for a price. We aim to get all items dispatched from ourselves within 24-48 hours, often sooner.
Delivery are generally placed on a next day service, but can take up to 48 hours. Again, this is often less. You will receive an email from us when the items have been dispatched to you. You will then be contacted by the courier direct.
Please on receiving your items, visually check the item before signing for it to ensure you are happy with its condition.
All items are thoroughly packaged in house, we have a thorough packaging system in place to ensure your items reach you in good condition. If they don't on arrival, please take photos so we can address this with our couriers.

Returns Info
We make our returns policy super simple in the unlikely event that you do need to return your items.
If any of your items are clearly damaged in transit, please firstly do not sign for them and have the courier return them. If this is not visible or the goods have been left, then please at your earliest convenience contact us providing images of the damage.
We will take all the items back that have been damaged, we will sort the returns for you, free of charge. Where we can get a replacement sent out as soon as the damaged item is back at our depot. You have 14 days from receipt of the items to advise us of this.
If your item is grossly not as described, we will arrange a return for a replacement for you or a full refund, free of charge. You have 14 days from receipt of the items to advise us of this.
If you choose to want to return your item, but there is no damage, and it is as described, then we are more than happy to do this within 14 days of your receipt of the goods. They have to be in the same condition they were received in, in their original packaging. However, we will ask that the return carriage will be paid for by yourselves, we will sort and arrange this for you.
