At the centre of this teak patio set is our superb 1.2m solid teak pedestal table. This is one of our most stylish and robust tables which has been hand crafted by our manufacturer from solid, long lasting eco-friendly teak. From its chunky table top down to its exceptionally sturdy pedestal legs, this table will sit firm and solid in your chosen outdoor space area. The table top comes complete with a pre-drilled hole to take any of our wooden garden parasols with a corresponding locating hole in the lower section of the pedestal legs to give added support to your chosen parasol.
Coupled with this pedestal table comes 6 of our folding chairs. These are a fantastic addition to any garden furniture set and again will give you many hours of enjoyment sitting with friends and family. One of the main advantages of our folding chairs is the ability to fold them virtually flat when not needed so making storage of your chairs extremely simple and hassle free.

Teak is the best material for garden furniture as it is naturally strong and robust, but to preserve its appearance we strongly recommend the use of our teak oil.
Our fixed patio tables will require some light assembly before use. Your folding patio chairs will be flat packed, fully assembled and ready to go. Our patio table and chair sets are all built using traditional joinery methods.

Delivery Information
Delivery is super simple. Delivery on all items is Free on orders over £99 to Mainland UK. Extremities will cost more which include the Isles and remote Scottish areas, email hello@ottena.co.uk for a price. We aim to get all items dispatched from ourselves within 24-48 hours, often sooner.
Delivery are generally placed on a next day service, but can take up to 48 hours. Again, this is often less. You will receive an email from us when the items have been dispatched to you. You will then be contacted by the courier direct.
Please on receiving your items, visually check the item before signing for it to ensure you are happy with its condition.
All items are thoroughly packaged in house, we have a thorough packaging system in place to ensure your items reach you in good condition. If they don't on arrival, please take photos so we can address this with our couriers.

Returns Info
We make our returns policy super simple in the unlikely event that you do need to return your items.
If any of your items are clearly damaged in transit, please firstly do not sign for them and have the courier return them. If this is not visible or the goods have been left, then please at your earliest convenience contact us providing images of the damage.
We will take all the items back that have been damaged, we will sort the returns for you, free of charge. Where we can get a replacement sent out as soon as the damaged item is back at our depot. You have 14 days from receipt of the items to advise us of this.
If your item is grossly not as described, we will arrange a return for a replacement for you or a full refund, free of charge. You have 14 days from receipt of the items to advise us of this.
If you choose to want to return your item, but there is no damage, and it is as described, then we are more than happy to do this within 14 days of your receipt of the goods. They have to be in the same condition they were received in, in their original packaging. However, we will ask that the return carriage will be paid for by yourselves, we will sort and arrange this for you.
