Here we have one of the latest additions to our parasol base range. This is our concrete filled 25kg solid parasol base complete with carry handles. We all know how difficult it can be to manoeuvre your parasol base, especially the heavier versions, so with the addition of these two simple U-bolts that give a sturdy handle on either side of your parasol base so that it makes it easier to place the base where required.

The parasol base is concrete filled and then covered in a tough black resin outer coating to give a sturdy and strong parasol base that will last for many years.

This base is compatible with all of our parasols, fitting parasols with either a 38mm or 48mm pole diameter. Mounted in the central tube are a couple of plastic spacers that can be removed or added to give you either the 38mm or 48mm required for your chosen parasol.

Some simple assembly will be required , instructions and the required fittings will be included with the parasol base.

Dispatch & Delivery Times

We guarantee dispatch within 24–48 hours (weekdays only), often sooner.

Deliveries are generally placed on a next day service, but can take up to 48 hours. You’ll receive an email from us when your items have been dispatched, and then you’ll hear directly from the courier with delivery details.

All items are thoroughly packaged in-house using a careful system to help everything reach you in great condition.

On receiving your items, please visually check them before signing to make sure you’re happy with their condition. If something doesn’t look right, take photos so we can quickly address it with our couriers.

We make our returns policy super simple in the unlikely event that you do need to send anything back.

Damaged in transit

If any of your items are clearly damaged in transit, please do not sign for them and ask the courier to return them straight away.

If the damage isn’t visible at the time, or the goods have been left, please contact us at your earliest convenience providing images of the damage. We’ll take back all damaged items and sort the return for you free of charge, and arrange a replacement as soon as the damaged item is back at our depot. You have 14 days from receipt of the items to let us know.

Item not as described

In the very unlikely event your item is grossly not as described, we will arrange a return for a replacement or a full refund free of charge.

You have 14 days from receipt of the items to advise us if something is not as described, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Changed your mind?

If you choose to return your item but there is no damage and it is as described, we’re still happy to help within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

Items must be in the same condition they were received, in their original packaging. In this case we simply ask that return carriage is paid by you – we’ll organise and arrange the return for you.
