Fixed Solid Teak Charlotte Couples Set with Square Coffee Table

Our teak Charlotte stacking chairs are ever popular and the addition of one of our rectangular coffee tables means that you can spend afternoons and evenings relaxing without needing to leave the comfort of your garden chair. You really will not be disappointed with your selection!
These stacking garden arm chairs are designed specifically so that they can be stacked upon one another to allow for easy storage when not in use, if you would prefer a fixed garden chair compared to our range of teak folding chairs.
These patio chairs, like all of our outdoor furniture, are built of eco-friendly, solid, long lasting teak which has been hand crafted with a classical fine sanded finish. Teak is the perfect material for garden furniture since it has natural oils aiding in weather resistance and is naturally long lasting. After exposure to the elements your teak garden chairs and table will naturally weather to a silvery grey colour, although our teak oil is recommended to restore colour and weather resistant properties.
Our Charlotte stacking teak arm chairs will be delivered flat packed and will require very simple and straightforward assembly before use. The seat and backrest slot into the arm rests using traditional mortice and tenon methods, secured in position using wooden dowels. It couldn't be easier to assemble your teak garden chair. The coffee table is assembled using the brass allen key bolts provided.

Delivery Information
Delivery is super simple. Delivery on all items is Free on orders over £99 to Mainland UK. Extremities will cost more which include the Isles and remote Scottish areas, email hello@ottena.co.uk for a price. We aim to get all items dispatched from ourselves within 24-48 hours, often sooner.
Delivery are generally placed on a next day service, but can take up to 48 hours. Again, this is often less. You will receive an email from us when the items have been dispatched to you. You will then be contacted by the courier direct.
Please on receiving your items, visually check the item before signing for it to ensure you are happy with its condition.
All items are thoroughly packaged in house, we have a thorough packaging system in place to ensure your items reach you in good condition. If they don't on arrival, please take photos so we can address this with our couriers.

Returns Info
We make our returns policy super simple in the unlikely event that you do need to return your items.
If any of your items are clearly damaged in transit, please firstly do not sign for them and have the courier return them. If this is not visible or the goods have been left, then please at your earliest convenience contact us providing images of the damage.
We will take all the items back that have been damaged, we will sort the returns for you, free of charge. Where we can get a replacement sent out as soon as the damaged item is back at our depot. You have 14 days from receipt of the items to advise us of this.
If your item is grossly not as described, we will arrange a return for a replacement for you or a full refund, free of charge. You have 14 days from receipt of the items to advise us of this.
If you choose to want to return your item, but there is no damage, and it is as described, then we are more than happy to do this within 14 days of your receipt of the goods. They have to be in the same condition they were received in, in their original packaging. However, we will ask that the return carriage will be paid for by yourselves, we will sort and arrange this for you.
