A little bit of a change from the regular plaques, here we have a range of small solid brass plaques that can be fixed to any item of our stunning teak garden furniture to give that little bit of personalisation needed to make that piece of furniture a real stand out item.

Whether it be as a memorial to a much missed loved one or something to commemorate something special, our range of small solid brass plaques are the perfect choice. Small and understated but still maintaining a personal touch to that piece of teak garden furniture making it even more special. Our engraver uses solid brass and engraves the letters deep into the surface and then uses black paint to infill the lettering to really make the plaques stand out, take my word for it , they look absolutely stunning!!

The advantage of these small plaques is that you can pretty much put them anywhere you choose and are not limited to the regular mounting positions such as on the top rail of our solid teak garden benches. These small plaques will mount just about anywhere and despite their size will make a nice statement when mounted to your chosen items of furniture.

Due to the smaller size of these plaques the text that can be added to them is going to be more limited than on our other larger more regular size plaques but please do not hesitate to send us an email to hello@ottena.co.uk with any queries about text on these smaller plaques. We will check with our engraver and offer advice on what will and won’t fit onto the chosen plaque size.

We offer free delivery to UK mainland addresses on all of our teak garden furniture products on orders over £99.

Extremities such as the Isles and remote Scottish areas will cost a little more. Just drop us an email at hello@ottena.co.uk for a delivery price.

Dispatch & Delivery Times

We guarantee dispatch within 24–48 hours (weekdays only), often sooner.

Deliveries are generally placed on a next day service, but can take up to 48 hours. You’ll receive an email from us when your items have been dispatched, and then you’ll hear directly from the courier with delivery details.

Packaging & Delivery

All items are thoroughly packaged in-house using a careful system to help everything reach you in great condition.

On receiving your items, please visually check them before signing to make sure you’re happy with their condition. If something doesn’t look right, take photos so we can quickly address it with our couriers.

We make our returns policy super simple in the unlikely event that you do need to send anything back.

Damaged in transit

If any of your items are clearly damaged in transit, please do not sign for them and ask the courier to return them straight away.

If the damage isn’t visible at the time, or the goods have been left, please contact us at your earliest convenience providing images of the damage. We’ll take back all damaged items and sort the return for you free of charge, and arrange a replacement as soon as the damaged item is back at our depot. You have 14 days from receipt of the items to let us know.

Item not as described

In the very unlikely event your item is grossly not as described, we will arrange a return for a replacement or a full refund free of charge.

You have 14 days from receipt of the items to advise us if something is not as described, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Changed your mind?

If you choose to return your item but there is no damage and it is as described, we’re still happy to help within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

Items must be in the same condition they were received, in their original packaging. In this case we simply ask that return carriage is paid by you – we’ll organise and arrange the return for you.
