The detail

These covers are made to fit the 7 different sizes of wooden garden parasol that we offer and are tailormade by our parasol manufacturer to suit all of the sizes of wooden garden parasol that we offer. Manufactured from a navy coloured waterproof polyester material they are the perfect addition for your wooden garden parasol to give some much needed protection from the elements when the parasol has been lowered or when you store your parasol through the winter months when it is not needed.

The cover has a simple drawstring to help the parasol in the cover and a useful carry handle to make transporting the parasol easier.

When storing the parasol for the winter the lower pole section once unscrewed can also be carefully placed into the cover with the rest of the parasol so that all parts are kept safe and protected whilst being stored until the sunshine comes back with us again.

Our parasol covers are available in a range of different sizes and each one is measured by its length and diameter.

To measure the diameter simply lower your parasol and place a tape measure around the widest part of the parasol.

We’ve tried to make delivery as easy as possible – here’s how everything gets from our place to your garden.

Free Mainland UK Delivery

We offer free delivery to UK mainland addresses on all of our teak garden furniture products on orders over £99.

Extremities such as the Isles and remote Scottish areas will cost a little more. Just drop us an email at [email protected] for a delivery price.

Dispatch & Delivery Times

We guarantee dispatch within 24–48 hours (weekdays only), often sooner.

Deliveries are generally placed on a next day service, but can take up to 48 hours. You’ll receive an email from us when your items have been dispatched, and then you’ll hear directly from the courier with delivery details.

All items are thoroughly packaged in-house using a careful system to help everything reach you in great condition.

On receiving your items, please visually check them before signing to make sure you’re happy with their condition. If something doesn’t look right, take photos so we can quickly address it with our couriers.

Simple returns if something’s not quite right

We make our returns policy super simple in the unlikely event that you do need to send anything back.

Damaged in transit

If any of your items are clearly damaged in transit, please do not sign for them and ask the courier to return them straight away.

If the damage isn’t visible at the time, or the goods have been left, please contact us at your earliest convenience providing images of the damage. We’ll take back all damaged items and sort the return for you free of charge, and arrange a replacement as soon as the damaged item is back at our depot. You have 14 days from receipt of the items to let us know.

Item not as described

In the very unlikely event your item is grossly not as described, we will arrange a return for a replacement or a full refund free of charge.

You have 14 days from receipt of the items to advise us if something is not as described, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Changed your mind?

If you choose to return your item but there is no damage and it is as described, we’re still happy to help within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

Items must be in the same condition they were received, in their original packaging. In this case we simply ask that return carriage is paid by you – we’ll organise and arrange the return for you.
