This set comes with 4 of our ever popular Charlotte stacking chairs which give unrivalled comfort when you need to sit and relax after a hard day, coupling these chairs with one of our 5ft backless benches gives a simply stunning patio set. This set will very comfortably seat 7 of your friends and family but will accommodate up to 8 people with the addition of the backless bench that comes with this set.
All of our garden furniture is handmade by our master craftsman and this shows throughout the whole furniture range, the construction is second to none. We use solid, long lasting eco friendly teak because it is extremely hard wearing and due to its oily nature is perfect to be left outside all year round and really is the best wood you can buy for outdoor furniture. Our craftsman use only traditional methods and have been doing so for many years and it shows in the furniture, quite simply it is made with love.
This set will require some light assembly when you receive it upon delivery, but it really is very simple. The table legs just need fixing in place and securing with bolts and wooden dowels. The Charlotte chairs just need securing also with wooden dowels so that they become sturdy and the backless bench uses brass allen key bolts to secure the legs to the bench. Maintenance is also very easy, you don’t really have to do anything at all but we do recommend if you want to keep your teak furniture in tiptop condition that you treat it with teak oil once a year and make sure not to let the furniture stand in water. You don’t have to put your furniture away every year but of course this will help as well.

Delivery Information
Delivery is super simple. Delivery on all items is Free on orders over £99 to Mainland UK. Extremities will cost more which include the Isles and remote Scottish areas, email hello@ottena.co.uk for a price. We aim to get all items dispatched from ourselves within 24-48 hours, often sooner.
Delivery are generally placed on a next day service, but can take up to 48 hours. Again, this is often less. You will receive an email from us when the items have been dispatched to you. You will then be contacted by the courier direct.
Please on receiving your items, visually check the item before signing for it to ensure you are happy with its condition.
All items are thoroughly packaged in house, we have a thorough packaging system in place to ensure your items reach you in good condition. If they don't on arrival, please take photos so we can address this with our couriers.

Returns Info
We make our returns policy super simple in the unlikely event that you do need to return your items.
If any of your items are clearly damaged in transit, please firstly do not sign for them and have the courier return them. If this is not visible or the goods have been left, then please at your earliest convenience contact us providing images of the damage.
We will take all the items back that have been damaged, we will sort the returns for you, free of charge. Where we can get a replacement sent out as soon as the damaged item is back at our depot. You have 14 days from receipt of the items to advise us of this.
If your item is grossly not as described, we will arrange a return for a replacement for you or a full refund, free of charge. You have 14 days from receipt of the items to advise us of this.
If you choose to want to return your item, but there is no damage, and it is as described, then we are more than happy to do this within 14 days of your receipt of the goods. They have to be in the same condition they were received in, in their original packaging. However, we will ask that the return carriage will be paid for by yourselves, we will sort and arrange this for you.
