Our teak patio furniture has a fine sanded finish having been built using eco-friendly, solid, long lasting teak. Teak produces brilliant garden furniture as it is naturally long lasting and robust, but to preserve its appearance we strongly recommend the use of our teak oil.
This patio furniture set offers great versatility both when used together or apart (if you can bare to split them up!) and really would be an eye catching addition to your garden or patio for summer BBQ's. The 2 fixed arm chairs are all in all a single seat garden bench due ti their very robust and sturdy construction, so being able to use these as a single seat anywhere in your outdoor space adds another dimension to this stunning patio set. The square 45cm coffee table is also one of our ever popular pieces of furniture, at home in any location, whether that is your garden or patio, or even adorning your patio area in your pub or cafe.
Some light assembly will be required before use. Your patio chairs have been constructed using traditional joinery methods and assembled by wooden dowels. The coffee table will need the legs fitting which is done with the provided brass allen key bolts.

Delivery Information
Delivery is super simple. Delivery on all items is Free on orders over £99 to Mainland UK. Extremities will cost more which include the Isles and remote Scottish areas, email hello@ottena.co.uk for a price. We aim to get all items dispatched from ourselves within 24-48 hours, often sooner.
Delivery are generally placed on a next day service, but can take up to 48 hours. Again, this is often less. You will receive an email from us when the items have been dispatched to you. You will then be contacted by the courier direct.
Please on receiving your items, visually check the item before signing for it to ensure you are happy with its condition.
All items are thoroughly packaged in house, we have a thorough packaging system in place to ensure your items reach you in good condition. If they don't on arrival, please take photos so we can address this with our couriers.

Returns Info
We make our returns policy super simple in the unlikely event that you do need to return your items.
If any of your items are clearly damaged in transit, please firstly do not sign for them and have the courier return them. If this is not visible or the goods have been left, then please at your earliest convenience contact us providing images of the damage.
We will take all the items back that have been damaged, we will sort the returns for you, free of charge. Where we can get a replacement sent out as soon as the damaged item is back at our depot. You have 14 days from receipt of the items to advise us of this.
If your item is grossly not as described, we will arrange a return for a replacement for you or a full refund, free of charge. You have 14 days from receipt of the items to advise us of this.
If you choose to want to return your item, but there is no damage, and it is as described, then we are more than happy to do this within 14 days of your receipt of the goods. They have to be in the same condition they were received in, in their original packaging. However, we will ask that the return carriage will be paid for by yourselves, we will sort and arrange this for you.
