The Navy Blue 1.8m Square Parasol is one of the most popular items in the Ottena range. Its very classic design- deep navy canopy on a hardwood pole – is a genuine head-turner. It works beautifully alongside any of our smaller square or round teak tables and looks equally at home on a busy restaurant terrace.
The square canopy is ideal for tight spaces. Whether you’re working with a small balcony, a terrace or a compact patio, the square shape allows you to position the parasol flush against a wall – maximising shade and coverage without sacrificing space.
Simple to open, built to stay open
The pulley system is one of the most easy-to-use mechanisms we stock. Pull the rope and the canopy rises smoothly, locking in place with the brass pin provided. It will stand up to light rain and light wind with ease – and when the weather turns, it takes just seconds to close again.
Construction + care
Heavy duty where it counts
The 38mm hardwood pole is supplied in two sections that screw together – making storage and transport straightforward. Hardwood is significantly more robust than the cheaper hollow metal poles you’ll find elsewhere, and it’s a more sustainable choice too.
The 180g showerproof polyester canopy is stretched over a thick hardwood frame designed to hold its shape under light rain and wind. All of our parasols have an Ultraviolet Protection Factor (UPF) rating of UPF30+. Never use any parasol in heavy wind. Close and store safely when not in use.
