We have our traditional Navy Blue 1.8m Square Wooden Garden Parasol with simple opening and close Pulley system. This parasol is perfect for use in and around the garden in a variety of different settings. This is one of our most popular items and is perfect use on our smaller square or round teak tables. Its very classic design this square garden umbrella the real eyecatcher and head turner and will receive tons of compliments.
The simple pulley opening and closing system is extremely easy-to-use for anyone. Simply pull the rope and the parasol canopy opens and is secured using the brass pin provided. The parasol will stand-up to light rain and light wind. No parasol should ever be used in high winds.
Heavy duty and extremely solid construction are at the heart of this parasol design. We use a 38 mm hardwood pole which is into pieces that are screwed together for easy transport and storage. Hardwood poles are much more robust than cheaper hollow metal alternatives that you can find out there and a lot more eco-friendly for the eco-conscious.

We offer free delivery to UK mainland addresses on all of our teak garden furniture products over £99 and guarantee dispatch within 24-48 hours (weekdays only). Please note delivery of furniture with (fixed) plaques may take up to 2 weeks. However, we can send the furniture earlier according with our standard policy, if you are happy to attach your plaque upon its arrival.
Delivery Information
Delivery is super simple. Delivery on all items is Free on orders over £99 to Mainland UK. Extremities will cost more which include the Isles and remote Scottish areas, email hello@ottena.co.uk for a price. We aim to get all items dispatched from ourselves within 24-48 hours, often sooner.
Delivery are generally placed on a next day service, but can take up to 48 hours. Again, this is often less. You will receive an email from us when the items have been dispatched to you. You will then be contacted by the courier direct.
Please on receiving your items, visually check the item before signing for it to ensure you are happy with its condition.
All items are thoroughly packaged in house, we have a thorough packaging system in place to ensure your items reach you in good condition. If they don't on arrival, please take photos so we can address this with our couriers.

Returns Info
We make our returns policy super simple in the unlikely event that you do need to return your items.
If any of your items are clearly damaged in transit, please firstly do not sign for them and have the courier return them. If this is not visible or the goods have been left, then please at your earliest convenience contact us providing images of the damage.
We will take all the items back that have been damaged, we will sort the returns for you, free of charge. Where we can get a replacement sent out as soon as the damaged item is back at our depot. You have 14 days from receipt of the items to advise us of this.
If your item is grossly not as described, we will arrange a return for a replacement for you or a full refund, free of charge. You have 14 days from receipt of the items to advise us of this.
If you choose to want to return your item, but there is no damage, and it is as described, then we are more than happy to do this within 14 days of your receipt of the goods. They have to be in the same condition they were received in, in their original packaging. However, we will ask that the return carriage will be paid for by yourselves, we will sort and arrange this for you.
