This parasol suffered some minor damage in transit. One spoke has been replaced and there are some very slight marks in the wood, The fabric is in good condition.nbsp;
Octagonal 3.5m Cream Garden Parasol Wooden Pole. This is the biggest parasol that we currently offer and one of the jewels in the crown, it is utterly stunning garden umbrella.
This huge octagonal garden umbrella is built using only the finest materials and features are hardwood wooden pole which is 48mm in diameter he extremely heavy duty and able to stand up to everyday heavy usage.
This parasol is perfect for garden parties and when you have all the family around and any barbecues.
The natural cream canopy on this Garden parasol is the shining star, it is made out of 180 g waterproof polyester fabric built to withstand sun rain and even light rain. Perfect for use all year round. This is a stunning head turner of a parasol making a perfect focal point for any area of your garden.
This parasol is often used in commercial settings, especially in restaurants pubs and Café's. The sheer size of this parasol means it's perfect for use with some of our bigger teak garden furniture including our 1.4 m round folding pedestal table with plenty of space shade cover for your guests.
This parasol will also make a great addition to some of our oval tables as well as our rectangular teak tables. It's extremely versatile and once paired with a heavy duty parasol base would be great for a freestanding garden umbrella. Great to be used on the edge of a pool or sun terrace.

We offer free delivery on all products and guarantee dispatch within 24 hours (weekdays only). Please note delivery of furniture with (fixed) plaques may take up to 2 weeks. However, we can send the furniture earlier according with our standard policy, if you are happy to attach your plaque upon its arrival.
Delivery Information
Delivery is super simple. Delivery on all items is Free on orders over £99 to Mainland UK. Extremities will cost more which include the Isles and remote Scottish areas, email hello@ottena.co.uk for a price. We aim to get all items dispatched from ourselves within 24-48 hours, often sooner.
Delivery are generally placed on a next day service, but can take up to 48 hours. Again, this is often less. You will receive an email from us when the items have been dispatched to you. You will then be contacted by the courier direct.
Please on receiving your items, visually check the item before signing for it to ensure you are happy with its condition.
All items are thoroughly packaged in house, we have a thorough packaging system in place to ensure your items reach you in good condition. If they don't on arrival, please take photos so we can address this with our couriers.

Returns Info
We make our returns policy super simple in the unlikely event that you do need to return your items.
If any of your items are clearly damaged in transit, please firstly do not sign for them and have the courier return them. If this is not visible or the goods have been left, then please at your earliest convenience contact us providing images of the damage.
We will take all the items back that have been damaged, we will sort the returns for you, free of charge. Where we can get a replacement sent out as soon as the damaged item is back at our depot. You have 14 days from receipt of the items to advise us of this.
If your item is grossly not as described, we will arrange a return for a replacement for you or a full refund, free of charge. You have 14 days from receipt of the items to advise us of this.
If you choose to want to return your item, but there is no damage, and it is as described, then we are more than happy to do this within 14 days of your receipt of the goods. They have to be in the same condition they were received in, in their original packaging. However, we will ask that the return carriage will be paid for by yourselves, we will sort and arrange this for you.
