At Ottena we never like to run low or even run out of a particular item of stock. We pride ourselves on a free and fast delivery service and we do not use dropshipping or the like. We are always reviewing stock levels and doing our best to ensure that we have enough of our teak garden furniture in stock and available to all of our amazing customers. However, there can be logistical difficulties in replenishing stock quickly as our manufacturer is based in Indonesia, where teak is native and flourishing. Occasionally, unexpected demand for a particular product can cause us to run low or even run out of stock.
Our solid teak Adirondack chairs are still proving to be exceptionally popular and are by far our best selling product. They are a simply stunning piece of garden furniture and will be the perfect addition to any outdoor location. Manufactured from sustainably sourced solid teak, our Adirondack garden chairs are not only built to cope with the UK climate but they look great and are amazingly comfortable.
Due to exceptional and unexpected demand for our Adirondack chairs in February and the beginning of March, we are now unfortunately out of stock for a short time. Do not despair, a very large quantity of new teak Adirondack chairs are being manufactured for us as we speak and will be on their way to us in the next day or so. This means that we can still take orders for the whole of our teak Adirondack chair range, from the individual chairs right through to our loveseat and family sets. This allows our customers to secure stock in advance. Once the new stock arrives with us, you can be assured that we will be picking and packaging orders day and night to get your teak Adirondacks dispatched and on their way to you, on a next day delivery service.
Due to the ongoing tensions in the Red Sea and impacts on trade passing through the Suez Canal, unfortunately imports are taking a little longer to get to our shores. Currently, we are expecting our stock of Adirondack chairs to be replenished from week commencing 13th May 2024, well in advance of summer 2024. Any orders that we receive in the meantime will be on a ‘pre-order’ basis so that our customers can secure stock. This is an exception to our standard free next day delivery policy and only applies to our Adirondack chairs, whilst they are out of stock. If you wanted to pre-order anything from our range of teak Adirondack chairs, you can expect regular updates regarding expected delivery dates. All pre-orders will be prioritised on a first come first served basis and dispatched within 24 – 48 hours of the new Adirondack chairs arriving into our warehouse. As it stands, we would expect pre-ordered teak Adirondack chairs to arrive with customers on or about 15th May 2024. You can be assured that we will be doing all we can to get these customer favourites back in stock as soon as possible!
As the weather continues to improve and the evenings start to get lighter and brighter, we all want to be outdoors more and more so being able to enjoy this from the comfort of some of our stunning teak Adirondacks is a must.
