This can happen from time to time as it can be especially difficult transporting are heavy wooden garden furniture.

Our fantastic team at our warehouse have lovingly checked these items over and have made repairs to ensure that these pieces of garden furniture are ready to be loved and enjoyed in somebody’s garden. We have never been happy about discarding teak furniture that has become damaged so we try to make sure we repair or replace whatever we can, to bring these items back to life and ready to use.

All of the issues and repairs that have been made will be explained in the description of each item. Whether it is just some cosmetic scuffs or marks in the wooden surface, or maybe a part has been reattached or repaired with strong wood glue and screws to ensure the item is fully back to serviceable standard. Any garden chairs, teak tables or park benches that require assembly are always assembled to ensure the repair is both satisfactory and suitable and the items are then dismantled and wrapped ready to be sent to you. These are typically not used goods, simply teak furniture or garden parasols that are not in perfect condition. We discount the original selling price of these products to take this into account and reflect the repair.
