In the middle of last year we were unfortunately left very much high and dry after a very well known courier service went into administration, without any prior notification to us. Literally overnight we went from sending orders out to customers to a complete standstill. In fairness, this forced change made us look into how we deliver our products to our customers and so we found ourselves two new courier services to be able to send our orders out to all of you lovely customers.

The one main courier that we now use is Fedex, known worldwide these have been a great addition to our business and we continue to use them with confidence to deliver our products out to you. We send all of our mainland UK orders on a next working day service so you can be outside, trying to avoid the rain showers, sitting and relaxing in your new teak furniture in no time at all. With the introduction of Fedex, this is also allowing us to broaden our horizons in being able to deliver our teak furniture and garden parasols to, well, absolutely anywhere!

We can now send our stunning products to any corner of the world with confidence. The Fedex network operates worldwide and we can now offer delivery to just about any location.
