At the centre of this set is our ever popular 1.5m Pedestal Table which is extremely elegant but amazingly strong and robust due to its pedestal construction. This table is manufactured using traditional joinery methods from long lasting eco friendly solid teak and is built to not only look amazing but last for years. It has a pre-cut parasol hole in the centre that will take any of our wooden garden parasols with a cross legged style base with locating hole for your parasol to offer support but still keeping the table solid and robust.
Accompanying this exquisite table is 6 of our solid teak stacking Charlotte chairs. These are an extremely comfortable chair and provide the utmost comfort and support but still looking stylish. These chairs have the ability to stack into each other to aid storage and save space when not needed. They again are manufactured from our eco friendly solid teak and will require some very light assembly when they arrive. The seat and backrest slot into the armrests using traditional mortice and tenon joints and are then held in place with the provided wooden dowels.

Delivery Information
Delivery is super simple. Delivery on all items is Free on orders over £99 to Mainland UK. Extremities will cost more which include the Isles and remote Scottish areas, email hello@ottena.co.uk for a price. We aim to get all items dispatched from ourselves within 24-48 hours, often sooner.
Delivery are generally placed on a next day service, but can take up to 48 hours. Again, this is often less. You will receive an email from us when the items have been dispatched to you. You will then be contacted by the courier direct.
Please on receiving your items, visually check the item before signing for it to ensure you are happy with its condition.
All items are thoroughly packaged in house, we have a thorough packaging system in place to ensure your items reach you in good condition. If they don't on arrival, please take photos so we can address this with our couriers.

Returns Info
We make our returns policy super simple in the unlikely event that you do need to return your items.
If any of your items are clearly damaged in transit, please firstly do not sign for them and have the courier return them. If this is not visible or the goods have been left, then please at your earliest convenience contact us providing images of the damage.
We will take all the items back that have been damaged, we will sort the returns for you, free of charge. Where we can get a replacement sent out as soon as the damaged item is back at our depot. You have 14 days from receipt of the items to advise us of this.
If your item is grossly not as described, we will arrange a return for a replacement for you or a full refund, free of charge. You have 14 days from receipt of the items to advise us of this.
If you choose to want to return your item, but there is no damage, and it is as described, then we are more than happy to do this within 14 days of your receipt of the goods. They have to be in the same condition they were received in, in their original packaging. However, we will ask that the return carriage will be paid for by yourselves, we will sort and arrange this for you.
